AOR 16th July CEC Inland
My eligibility status is recommended pass and I did my biometrics in November 2020. However, I haven't received BIL for my spouse yet and it's so frustrating.
The cic agent is keep telling me to wait for the further instructions whenever I submit the webform or call them. Is there any way that I can address this issue? Is anyone else in the same situation and waiting for BIL of an outland spouse?
The dependent applicant is in India.
@legalfalcon, could you please provide your thoughts?

Finally after what seemed to be the millionth call to IRCC I managed to speak to an agent and update is as follows:

Eligibility: recommended passed (no change)
Security: pending- not started
BG: in progress (per agent theyre on the last part of the BG check)
Criminality: passed
Med: expired (per agent possibly extended or I have to take re- medical but with current situation they will most likely extend)
I have ghost update on the 31st of December for the medical pass changing to we do not need. Likely it will change back to medical passed meaning extension and then copr after that. I read a few threads before about this change.

Not true, CEC has been tremendously slow as well. On MyImmiTracker there were no CEC approvals for two whole weeks in December. FSW is a bit more consistent. In some FSW cases, it only took 3 months to get approved.

Also, the IP1/IP2 stages aren't relevant anymore. Nowadays it's anything goes with IRCC.
if you look fsw inland for 2020 , there are only 87 cases and only like 2 of them approved recently. definitely slow

Hello everyone,

Just received my gcms notes today. (ordered on December 7th)

As per notes,

Category: CEC-Inland
AOR: July 11th, 2020
Eligibility: Recommended pass
Security: not started
Criminality: in progress
Info Sharing: complete
Medical: passed
If you ordered notes from IRCC (not CBSA), remember that the info is a month old by the time they send it out. You can see the date executed on the notes. They'll generate the notes quite soon after requesting, but won't send it out until a month later. Hopefully your file had some movement in between.

Received my notes today from late Nov.
Nothing has been touched since the file moved to Ottawa in August other than a couple of info sharing done by other countries.

Got this email today
IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal
And they asked me to give them the following information :
Names, UCI, email, original entry date, date of last time entered in Canada and the location(Port of Entry) - verify your passport for the dates and location.
Can anyone tell me if this is a sign of approval ?

My AOR is July 11, 2020
CEC inland
Medical passed - 3rd September 2020
Biometrics - 9th Nov 2020
1st ghost update - 4th Dec 2020
After two weeks of the first ghost update I called IRCC and asked the status they said everything is passed just waiting for final decision.
And today I got this email .

@legalfalcon Received the notes I ordered from getgcms.
In my notes under the eligibility, it says that the work reference letter is not dated and in the corresponding attachment it says review required.
Is this going to be an issue? Do I need to send in a new one? Thanks!

All documents you submit should be dated. If it was not, you should send a replacement via webform.
