I am oct 2019. Today i received Pre arrival letter. My file was in LVO like all pakistani files i send email to LVO exactly after 13 months of submission to give me status update in the next 10 days of that email i received email from Vienna Austria saying that, my file is transfered to them and will be processed soon and this email i got on 3 dec 2020. My husbands medical is expiring on 30 Dec 2020 so i planned that by 4 jan 2020 i will again bug vienna on same email thread that if they want we do another fresh medical since the one they have is expired. But today on 25 dec 2020 i got pre arrival letter.
What i have understood that if you have a straight forward genuine case, the sponsor must contact ircc exactly after 12 months for status update. Ircc offices are same as our home country Gov offices you need to give them wakeup calls so they pull your fill as you put inquiry and many times files are almost complete but due to big pile ups they are just handing there in queues. This is my personal feeling if anyone has straight file keep asking them.

Yes, a professional reasonable letter had put lot of impact. Otherwise i would have been just guessing whats going on with my file.

i got it translate from saddar.... the translator didnt put stamp on my urdu nikkah nama so is it fine...?

Yeah Urdu is fine but English they only stamp ok..

Forsure they will not stamp urdu one. They only translated your original doc in english so only on english doc they will stamp only.

Thank you so much. Today i received passport request as well for my husband
After 12 month keep asking..like me being the sponsor i feel have full right to inquire again and again BUT after 12 months. So this is what i did and my correspondence has pushed file to final decision

For new applicants, 20 pics you should submit make sure you present pictures which has group of people in them along with bride and groom , do add a pic while signing nikkah nama if you have along with that cover all events and even before marriage or after marriage you went for dinners or any outings. And at the back of each pic make sure you write the name of each person in pic, place, and what was the event

Like I said, I do have pics of my wife signing Nikah Nama. But no pics of me signing. Pics of all other events, we have most of them.

Yup. I signed in the mosque where our Nikah was concluded and out of respect nobody took pics. In worst case, Nikah khwan can write an affidavit affirming to that.

Yes you may. You should also get testimonials from 5 to 6 family or friends who attended the event along with 1 piece of their ID to authenticate that genuine person has given a testimonial.
Also do add story , seprate 1 from PA and 1 from sponsor that how you both met and what circumstances made you decide to marry . Just a nice easy words story. It really helps. As when immigration officer do case study so your story put a lot if impact on your file in understanding your relationship
