I had applied for CAQ and paid the CAQ fee on 2020-08-09, but due to some technical problem could not upload documents on the immigration site, I could only upload documents successfully on 2020-11-05 and hard copy of the documents was couriered and received by Department on 2020-11-09, but I have not received any communication towards CAQ. i have already missed my intake of 2020-09-28 and postponed it to 2021-01-25, but now that also looks to be impossible. what should I do?

To answer your question, you are too late for January admission. Better to defer your admission. My CAQ that I applied for in November too about 15 days.I submitted all docs electronically, no documents were couriered.
