No response_Family Class_Spouse_PR

Hi there!

I have submitted an application for my spouse under family class- Spousal category in September 2020. The principal applicant is currently residing in India. I have few concerns about the application, if someone can respond with suggestions, it would be great help. Thanks in advance.

1. We have sent the application package from India to CPC Sydney, 49 Dorchester ST, NS - B1P 5Z2; DHL is service provider. I'm worried about the application package was sent on correct address or not? If the above address is wrong, what could be the solution for my case?

2. It has been almost 4 months and I haven't recieved any emails or response from IRCC. I'm assuming COVID-19 has great impact over processing times, the other threads in the forum says many cases recieved response a bit earlier than in my case.

3. What is the right time to link the application to my online account? I gave many attempts but I could find my application. Do I have to wait until I recieve an email from IRCC to link my application?

4. Will it be the Principal applicant's email or Sponsor's email we recieve 1st email from IRCC for this process? and how will it looks like? what information does it actually come with?

2) the process is really delayed, its normal to not hear back this long at the moment.

3) once you receive an aor(acknowledgement of receipt) from ircc you should be able to link it.

4) usually its the sponsors email, that they received your application on behalf of the principal applicant.
