EXPRESS ENTRY ITA - Proof of employment for employer that does not count for points

Hi everyone, just received my ITA this week. They ask for my work reference for my current job in Canada, which does not count for any points since I just worked there for two months and I do not include it in job offer points. I plan to quit this job soon depending on my interview result for other companies overseas (work remotely) and my current HR is very slow as well. Is it fine for me to submit the offer letter + pay stubs to proof the offer of employment? Thank you
