I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment/available financial resources, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Please share your timelines, when did you get the refusal

i am gonna say what most people will be recommending you. Order gcms notes, they would have more detailed notes regarding refusal.
The reasons they give on refusal letter are very generic, and it will be hard for you to see to the VO's concerns without knowing the background.

Also, even though this isnt a necessity, a PgD is higher risk as compared to Masters, so if it is possible maybe try changing your program

Obviously the OP didn't receive an AIP.

Nowadays AIP is taken for granted due to fake/unverified/odd social media posts pushing the refusal after AIP theme. In the real world, a stage 1 AIP approval letter means a lot and still holds it's value even today according to present standards. Winter 2021 intake people are left with no choice to study online without an AIP, they yearn for it and still wish that AIP was implemented for their intake as well.

Yes AIP means a lot. Also rejection after AIP is uncommon.

However, i personally know a girl from my DLI who received rejection after AIP.
