I have work-ex of 10 months (first company)+ 11 months(second company) + 10 months(current company) how this will be evaluated as work-ex?

I've worked for the first company for 10 months (documents available) then worked for the second company for 11 months (documents available)
I am currently working in a company from last 10 months.
How my experience will be evaluated for express entry profile..? Do I need to resign for to apply for the PR for verification of my work experience..?

If you are applying for Express Entry under Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) than you need to have 1 YEAR CONTINOUS experience in 1 Company,
Don't leave your current company until atleast 366 Days of work experience is there from that company.

Federal Skilled Worker---> YES
the work is continuous also for the same NOC---> 2173(Software Engineer).
all these three companies are continuous.

Ok so you can count 2 years of experience. As long as you started the job one day, and started the new one right away, you can count it.

Depends what your CRS score is.

Yes, you can apply after 1 year. It is better to be on the safer side.

I agree with you on this point because they'll also avoid to verify so many documents. So should I wait for 1 years to be completed in the current company and apply with documents of current company only....?

Apply ASAP.. I know a person who waited for their PCC from another country.. The CRS didn't come back to 465 for a year now.. He lost another 4 points on hi birthday..

If you apply with current company your work experience points would be reduced.. Simulate CRS score through CRS tool

There are sections for personal history where one can list what they were upto for the time not listed in other sections..
