What does Eligibility Passed mean?

just received the eligibility passed letter for inland app. Does that mean PR is approved or is still there a chance for refusal? Haven’t received DM on SA and PA yet.

Is the PA able to apply for province ID and drivers license now?

It's called "approval in principle" and means that you are approved in principle for PR, subject to any final completion of background and medical and other checks.

So if the call agent told me that eligibility is passed, that means the PR is almost finalized (as long as security and criminality get passed in the next few months)? Thanks buddy!
