Hi, I see a lot of people asking for NOC. I understand the importance of visa office but am not sure about NOC. I'm curious to know if NOC of an applicant determines anything in their process (like some NOCs are processed faster or else) ?? Please shed some light.

Yes, certain NOC codes of health care workers and essential service categories would get processed faster. We have had examples of these in the past.

means delayed the file processing ?

I did ask the agent and as per them the answer was no. It does not affect.

Clear the browsing history/cache and you should be able to log in. I tried that and worked like a charm.

I was really hoping to get an update after this sever issue... I just thought may be they issue mass CoPR for the ones whos all stages are passed. Another disappointment by IRCC... It is such a mess.
