Your SIN will change after you get your land in copr, I have gone to change my SIN from 9 to 5. COPR means u are now a permanent resident u can apply for any thing , including child benefits, loans, n all the benefits Canada has to offer .Good luck guys.

hi can i know you status before getting Approval and you applied for the residence after how long time after your arrival ? and what is the based of the approval ?

Sometimes H&C takes maximum 3 years , but somehow some good my application was fast . I don’t no how , but all I know it was GOD dat made it possible.

wow thats great but i think you didn't understand my question , i wanted to know how long you have been in canada before application and what is the approval based (establishment in canada, best interest of the child , hardship etc...)

Ooo 3 years, I had a failed refugee . My application was based on hardship. I hope I have answered your questions?

Ooo yes I can remember I asked you guys ,so my lawyer wrote to the immigration officer for a waiver of passport bcoz of the Covid-19 and I have little kids , I cannot travel to Ottawa bcoz of my kids. So d officer reply and said he will have a senior officer review for waiver, I think d following week I got my permanent residence . Thanks guys for all the information I got through this forum it was very helpful.

Ooo yes I can remember I asked you guys ,so my lawyer wrote to the immigration officer for a waiver of passport bcoz of the Covid-19 and I have little kids , I cannot travel to Ottawa bcoz of my kids. So d officer reply and said he will have a senior officer review for waiver, I think d following week I got my permanent residence . Thanks guys for all the information I got through this forum it was very helpful.
