Which country did you apply from? Pakistan? I know a Pakistani who applied in late Sept without eligibility review started yet either.
My eligibility review started one week after my submission followed by a ghost update. But so far it stuck on eligibility review for three months.

india. many applicants from india from july and aug dont have med update. so sad. they haven't even touched our files
