I raised a web form more than 2 weeks back but haven't received response from IRCC. Are they busy again in issuing ITAs

It's not like such a huge organization does not have a business continuity plan in place, they are withholding the decisions deliberately. There should be some transparency.

3rd GU today in last 13 days - on 5th November, 15th November (when everyone sort of received it), and today, 18th November. No changes on the EE profile, no medical extension yet (expiring on 14 January). What do you guys think?
