Most of applicants from Oct now are getting PR cards in other offices (ontario seems very fast). Why no update from Saskatoon office? Any recent update?

Good to know that I am not the only one...

I received the confirmation of permanent resident letter on June 08th and sent the photos on the same day. So far nothing. I've tried to call and send inquiry via webform, but they always give the default covid-19 answer. Last time that I called they said that they weren't able to check if the photos were received, but I could sent it again with a Letter of Explanation if I wanted to make sure.

So I did that, but this time I mailed using registered mail with tracking option. Using the Canada post tracking system I noticed that the delivery failed because there was no one to receive it. Canada post made the envelop available to pick up in their office and today I received a notification that the envelop was collected. This gave me some hope that there is some kind of working going on there.

The client support agent didn't say that they didn't received, she just said that she wasn't able to confirm. Perhaps they received but didn't opened it (by the day I called). But not knowing was giving me a lot of anxiety, so I decided to send again as a registered mail so I would know through Canada Post if the photos were delivered (it is impossible to get any information from IRCC).
