To claim 15 points for siblings

Hi all
My sister is Candian PR .
I want to claim Siblings points in express entry ,however my last name has typo error (Vinodbhai) while my sister’s last name is Vinubhai .
Should I change my last name (which is tough) or proof of Affidavit will be enough to claim points ?

You need to prove relationship with your sister through your parents. Your sister can have a different last name and that is fine. Make sure that the name of your parents is same in documents for both you and your sister.
