IRCC must have rolled out some changes.
My application has been approved, but I just saw a Ghost Update (in both Permanent Residency and Express Entry application records).
Very funny!

I got this too a few days after receiving ITA saying "A message is waiting for you" but after logging in to check, there was nothing. Looks like this is routine and people get it randomly.

And you felt the need to tell us this. Why? So we can worry even more? Meanwhile Your application has been approved.

nikhil bhat, you're virtually through with 478. It's hard for some of us to be optimistic who haven't crossed that magic threshold of 475 :/
I was at 472 after the October 14th draw (471 cut-off).. and was confident that I was virtually through... Look what happened..

IRCC is only 4450 ITAs away from its annual target, I don't see their reason to do b2b draw

A regular bi-weekly is enough to meet/exceed their target

PS: 87350 Issued, 91800 target in 2020

Their targets are for admitted PRs, not ITAs. Wish people would stop conflating one with the other.

They dont meet the target for PR yet:
-many ppl cant get their documents done because of covid, their ITa expired or they decline it
-landing PR is only half compared to last year
-there are always ineligible applications, they are reported every year.
If they met the target already, there is no reason for 4500 ita x2

2 quick questions

a)
The PGDM diploma generally compares to completion of a Master of Business Adminstration degree.

This is Masters, right ? Just got this from IQAS

b)
I downloaded this report using the IQAS fluctuating tool and completion date is November 13. Is this the final report and can I use it or it can change ?

I received the following tweet from IRCC:

“Thanks for flagging this. No changes have been made to CRS point allocation for education completed in Canada. This should be now be resolved. Thanks.”
