Yeah, nice to see that the calculator has been updated. The 'study in Canada' points show up in 'Core/Human capital factors' but aren't added to your score until the very end.

Is that someone Oba of Canada on Twitter? I think he just rolled the die on that one. Saw the reports of change, added a week and got the 19th November date, because it took a week to announce the French language change. Either ways, it's pure speculation, so let's rejoice for now.

It'd be cool if the draws were weekly and were all program draws. Instead of taking in 4200 every two weeks, take 2100 every week. They still get the same number of people but the score stays manageable and all program gives the ITA to everyone who has a high score.
