When I called IRCC the person who answered said that security, eligibilty and criminality is all passed and the next step will be an officer going through the details like passport expiry and medical date. He will then issue a COPR letter. I guess file is approved after these details are checked. I don't think there is any chance of rejection at this stages as all the checks are already passed. Just in case passport or medical is expiring soon that might delay the case a bit but nothing else to worry. Yesterday a lot of people who were at all passed stage in other threads got COPR and since you are already waiting for 3 weeks you will most likely get your application approved in next week. :)
Thanks so much ! Hopefully, fingers crossed!

Hello Angel1113

I am at same boat, called and informed everything pass and wait for final decision three weeks ago. Just wondering what all pass meaning, does the local officer will review all your details and determine if they will approve your case? Or all pass means the local officer already reviewed your case, and then give the all pass, final decision just to check your medical expire date or passport expire date. Because I just want to know if there is any risk after all pass. Thank you!
Same as my situation. All stage were passed 3 weeks ago and bio got refunded Nov 5. Still waiting for final approval.

Hope you guys have a great weekend! Just want to give a heads up that my application was approved yesterday. I got the email for COPR from case processing agent, then the online profile was updated.

I’m CEC inland applicant. My AOR date is June 14.
You guys will have new updates soon. Just be calm and patient.

Hey guys, just got a question about my application, wonder if anyone could help explain about it...
AOR: 26th June,
medical pass: Aug 19th,
Biometric exempted : Oct 20th.

However, I was requested to submit a document (IELTS test result) on Aug 18th.

Does it mean the time of processing for my application will be much longer than normal (6 months) ? Currently there is no any updates on eligible check or background check, it seems not moving at all...

Could anyone give some suggestions on what I should do? It will be much appreciated!!

Only 80% are estimated to be processed in 6 months, and that was before COVID, and most likely straight forward applications.
During the pandemic everything is likely to take a lot longer than normal.

it seems to be a trend that when they request documents, the processing may be delayed.

I know. But Im asking if I was required to submit extra documents, will my application be processed much longer than applicants who do not need to submit documents.

And I have seen a lot of people who submit AOR in June already received the COPR...

May I know your VO?
Do you need to make an appointment to validate COPR? I heard it has been canceled temporarily for inland applicants during this pandemic.

For inland applicants, will they ask for a new medical certificate if it gets expired ?

In case of outland applicants they must land before they medical expire but as far as I know inland applicants must also have valid medicals before their COPR can be issued.

CIC is giving some applicants extension on the expiry of their medicals these days but asking others to re-do their exams. So I guess it depends on officer's discretion.

I noticed from GCMS notes that the note for eligibility: recommended pass was made around 21:00. Do the IRCC staff really work at night? Previous note from R10 was around 13:00, so I'm pretty sure it's not a timezone issue.

Hello guys!

My police clearance is expiring on Nov 14 2020. I’m a CEC inland applicant.
AOR is June 9 2020.
Check my signature for my timeline:
Are they gonna request for a new police clearance?
Thanks

No, after your AOR it's frozen - the only thing that can expire is Medical or your Passport
