I see ppl concerned tweets regarding Biometrics calls delaying especially for Jan,Feb,march applicants still waiting but the IRCC is replying to all other basic info query tweets and i didnt see one biometric call concerned tweet got reply...Just need to wait

Yes .. True.. they are not replying tweets reg biometrics delay..
 
Webform is useless on bio calls. They just give generic answers copied from the website. Service Canada has begun calling...bla bla bla

I'm in peculiar situation, I got a call from SC and he booked me for tomorrow and I took the location and realized the its in Winnipeg after finish the call. I thought the address is in Mississauga. When the agent said passport office in Airport road. How to reach out to them to change this, if not then what happens if I miss the appointment ? I live in Mississauga.

Service Canada has begun calling permanent residence (PR) applicants in Canada who have received a biometrics instruction letter and have not given their biometrics within the last 10 years to schedule their biometric collection appointment. Phone calls will be made by region and priority will be given based on the date the application was submitted to IRCC. There is no additional fee for this service.

Biometrics collection services are currently available only for PR applicants who have been contacted by a Service Canada officer and given an appointment.

Please do not visit a Service Canada office to give your biometrics unless you have an appointment scheduled by a Service Canada officer. If you miss your appointment for any reason, including because you have COVID-19 symptoms, a Service Canada officer will call you again to schedule a new appointment.

We want to assure you that you do not have to give your biometrics until you are able to get an appointment. Your application will not be refused or closed if you cannot give your biometrics due to COVID-19 closures.

ANy one from Sept 5th AOR - BIL 22nd OCtober got SC call for appointment. Inland ( ON, Kitchener)

I called Service Canada trying to explain that I haven't received a call till now and I have a JAN 10 AOR. The agent just hung up on me!

This is soooooooooooooooooo rude.

I called SC for the above, the agent said, there is no way I can reach out to the department which is responsbile for the calls, I just have to miss the appointment and they will call me back.
Yeah buddy i called IRCC agent yesterday to check about my BOWP trv as im still waiting for call and she put me on HOLD when explained the case which isnt fair applicnts from june to aug getting calls whereas jan-may applicnts still waiting and she reached her personal case specialist team and got to know there is no way even for them to approach SC team..Even they have nothing to do to help out as the calls are unfortunately made in random based on the applicants whoever getting appointments..

So i guess even the person missed the call or got wrong location info once they hang up that set we got no way to reach them out just need to wait..what i would suggest as last try is go to missisuaga airport road SC which you thought would be and if you got any email confirmation abt appointment show they and explain that you couldnt reach them as u tried calling SC customer service..if you dont have any proof of your appointment to carry still give it a try going there and if u can explain them and if the person attending you is kind enough will try to help you..
