Currently yes biometrics are required, although it is not possible to actually get them taken right now. I'm hoping they extend the exception they have given temporary resident applications to inland PR too.
I did my biometrics when I applied for the student visa - do I need to take it again?

Yes. PR requires a new biometrics which makes no sense since our biometrics for student/worker/visitor is still valid for 10 years T.T
yea that's true but recently I checked with cic and they did say we need to give it again

One of my friend's PR got approve before 2 weeks, he said he never went to Service Canada, He went to RCMP to give fingerprints.

Should we make a protest to let them hear our voice. They should have waive at least the inland applications. We have been waiting for months
