Hi .
I will be submitting my paper based file supported by oinp today , November 5th .

I need some guidance in completing the forms and the passport photo.
1. For spaces in forms that i have nothing to write, should I leave blank or put not applicable
2. Do I print the IMM forms in color?
3. Any advise on the passport photo? The studio I went to did not read the website but said they know how to do.
4. What is original, only police certificate?
5. Do we write date by hand after printing?
6. How do we treat additional info that cannot fit into a form
7. Any other important advise...I will be submitting this month.

2. Colour or black and white is fine
3. It should be 2x 2 3/4 with stamp of studio date , your name and date of birth
4. All the forms should be original , as well as police certificate
5. Date can be printed in PDF file , or you can write it by hand
6. Fill the additional info in an additional sheet , on top of the sheet write your name , write the name of the form you are filling and also the question number that you are answering .

3. It should be 2x 2 3/4 with stamp of studio date , your name and date of birth

For question 6, an additional form, do u mean another copy of the same form or a plain word document?

I did plain word document . That’s what I figured out from other sources . Also if it’s a plan word document , you’ll have enough space to fill everything .

It all seems so overwhelming to me now. So the first thing is just to fill the forms and print them. U said the IMM can be color or black right?

No, I meant the print before signing. Must it be black ink? Not blue?
