I was denaied from entering KSA border in 2017, does this have impact on my PR application ?

in 2017 i was denayed from entering KSA:
the reason is beacause i was a resident (for work) from 2013 to 2016 in ksa and exit it with "exit rentry visa" but i did not come back in time. (it is not criminal case)(this is a particular law in ksa IF you reside in ksa you have to take visa to exit and if the visa is for vacation you have to come back before that visa expire otherwise you receive a ban of 3 years "my case"
noting that after the ban period i entered ksa several time with no isuues
is this case have impact on my PR decision? how IRCC consider this cases ?

please guide me with official infos or previous similar experience.thank you in advance

No impact on your PR application as long as you declare the denied entry in your application.

Thank you brother, yes i have to declare it in all case because the canceled visa still visible in my passport, please shall i add supporting documents + letter of explanation like:
-screen shot of KSA gov system showing that i did not comeback prior visa expiry
-i did not come back to KSA intime because my company make 6 mounth salary delay. i have friend hwo decide to stay in KSA and raised a case agains the company it took up to 2 year to give him back his salary and during this period he cant leave KSA otherwise his case will be canceled: can i support my PR file with his case showing that i have no choice bu to leave or it is unecessary ?

You shouldn't need this evidence but it's good that you have it. Simply answer yes to the question regarding being refused entry. If an explanation is needed, keep it short. I would recommend saying something like: "Did not hold the right visa to enter the country."

Also, a word of advice, don't assume everyone here is a man. Avoid words like "brother" when responding to users.
