They’re still working on March InlandAnyone else notice the jump in May outland applications being processed? It seems like last week they had just started on April. Maybe this means they've caught up inland and started processing outland quicker?

Yes you should! Thanks. I have definitely not written postal code/zip code on additional family form and also names in native language. should i resend/resubmit it via webform?
I got my document returned after 4 months because of a missing signature. The IRCC checked my document after they received it for 2 months. Then ship it back to me by SURFACE MAIL which took another 2 months to arrive.Guys. what can be the reason to get the file returned. I am just afraid that they will open the file in 6 month and send it back for some reason.
Is there a certain method of checking where processing is up to? Or is it just checking current forums and cross referencing approvals to submission months?Anyone else notice the jump in May outland applications being processed? I just keep an (obsessive) eye on the tracking spreadsheet, especially the AOR and SA totals near the bottom of the March through May tabs - since those will be our next milestones.
The numbers have been adding up slowly but surely.
You can get a feel for how much the pace has picked up lately - and the fact that the summer months have far less entries than what seems to be "normal" also bodes well.
I included it as i will be a representative to my spouse. Included both 5476 and 5475Thank you so much for your clarification! Do we need to fill form IMM5475? I have mentioned 'Not applicable' in the checklist.
Yes, it's encouraging that we're even starting to see AOR1's in June. But at the same time, the Decisions Made percentage hasn't budged from 9.5% for January Outland for a couple of weeks now. What are we to make of this? The spreadsheet is where I keep track as well. Someone from June applications got an AOR1 yesterday. I have my fingers crossed that we are going to see some rapid improvement for outland applications soon.

Decisions Made for January-Inland stands at 0%. Not encouraging.Good point. I haven't been monitoring 'decisions made', just the AOR timing to see how things are progressing. If I had to guess, there are probably levels of staff that are processing menial tasks like entering forms into the scanner, sending out AOR notices, etc and another set of staff that do background checks, approvals, etc., basically, the entire process could have different groups of staff at different stages. Each stage progresses at different speeds and the next one relies on the one before it, so it all depends on how quick each group gets through their task. It may be worth monitoring the decisions made section of inland to see if there was a dramatic ramp up like we saw on inland AOR processing. That would mean a similar shift later in the calendar year to speed up decisions for outland. Right?
