Called the Client Support Centre services (18882422100) again yesterday and it actually went through to an agent! (miracle lol). The lady said my Eligibility and Security are pass which is a big relief for me, they are still reviewing the rest of Background Check. I don't know how much longer it's gonna take to reach final decision but good news on Eligibility. Just wanna share with you guys.

they might have been calling you to make a biometrics appointment before the IRCC decided to exempt people who had given them already :) either way, it's great for you!
Thank you for the response. I am sure that this is not the case. The call I had was only two or three days before my biometric completion. I do not have any idea why I receive such call from a private number (I wish I did not miss that calls). It makes me worry about missing something about my application. If I am bio-exempt, why I should receive such calls with a private number just several days before the completion of my biometric. This is meaningless to me.
Any idea about this???? Best wishes for everybody

If you look at my signature you will see RCMP record was requested on July 9, same day as medical passed and biometric request letter. At first I thought that Service Canada was not taking finger prints back in July, so I mistakenly thought I couldn't get RCMP finger print based record either... The reality is RCMP never stopped taking finger print based records lol. I didn't realized it until mid August so I went to local police station did the fingerprint about 12 days later I got the result in mail. I should've done it in July, oh well...

they started making calls to schedule biometrics before they communicated that they've decided to exempt already-collected ones. so maybe that's what happened, but it doesn't matter. This would be the only reason they'd be calling you at this point in the application and in almost all cases of missed calls reported here, they left a voicemail. If you'd missed calls after everything was done, it might have been a landing call but I'm pretty sure even in that case they'd have left a voicemail. Plus it seems now they're asking those landing questions via email anyway.

It could also just have been some spam/scam calls and not anything to do with IRCC/SC ;)

Dear Members,
My Biometric status shows completed on October 8. I had previously given my biometrics for Work permit.
On October 9, i received a request letter to confirm my Canadian residential address. Any idea what it means ? Also where do i update my residential address. thanks a lot
Hi Nmdsouza,
Did you receive your COPR?
