How do you know if you got a dm ? I’m seeing in my ecas all the steps and it says under decision made its says a decision has been made at this point,does this mean dm?

Need help
I called cic agent and asked about my application
He said I passed my security and all other parts of my file
He said my application is at final stage where a decision is taken
Can someone tell me how long is it gonna take to get copr now since I passed everything on last Friday (16 October 2020).

My friend finished the security part on August 30 and extended medical exam last month, he got COPR yesterday.
He got 3 GU, how many GU did get?

Ontario Nomination Employer Job offer stream Foreign Workes: June 11, 2019
AR: July 2, 2019.
AOR: July 24, 2019
ADR: December 23, 2019
Pre-Arrival Letter: December 24, 2019
Medical upfront: August 11, 2020
Medical Approved/Passed: September 3, 2020
GU: October 17, 2020
ECAS Status changed: October 18, 2020 (Decision made) but w/o any further details
Application Approved/CoPR GCkey: October 19, 2020 (around 6 pm, as I checked around 5:30 pm)
Application GCkey bar before the CoPR : 82% complete / Estimated completion date: February 2, 2021

I didn't receive an email yet with the CoPR letter, but I guess it will come anytime soon (right?). I can see the CoPR document number in the GCKey with valid status, and everything looks fine (status approved, bar 100%).

My ECAS is not updated yet, still showing decision made w/o any other details.

I wish you guys all the best with your applications. Also, I want to say thank you all for the support and guidance.

I am still waiting for copr letter since on the 13th of Oct, copr document number shows on gckey but no copr letter. I have contacted ircc twice now but still no letter or email with copr

Hello, I just got my notes, find something updated,(1) cio virtual scanned my application, (2) there is an application assignment due date under my file location - ready for ps

called Cic last week, told me security is in process (but notes said not started)

I think the due date is when a decision would be made on your application, I also got application assignment due date as October 17 2020
I got DM on 8 Oct
Phone call and application approved and copr number showing on my gckey on the 13th
I think you should be excited
