I would like to know the minimum CSR required to access the pool.

There is no minimum score to access the pool. To be eligible, you need a minimum of 67 points. If you have that you can apply with any CRS score. Current FSW draws are around 470.

What is your score? I would say they will not decrease that much.

Assuming you have no Canadian work experience, it's very highly unlikely it will drop that far. Either increase your score or look into other immigration programs (e.g. PNP).
