Joining date with my employer was on a weekend: how to calculate 1 year?

Hi all,
My official joining date with the current employer on my paperwork was Nov 16, 2019, which was a Saturday. I am thinking for applying PR in CEC next month. Will CEC count my 52 weeks experience from Nov 18th because Nov 16th was Saturday?
