@legalfalcon Thanks for sharing the links. I have an officer review of A11.2 Assessment R75/76 Eligibility. I believe that would mean passed?

Is there any way to know whether security is passed? Does it reflect in the notes? There was a month’s gap between me applying for the notes and calling IRCC who confirmed that it’s pending final decision.

If your Security is blank/redacted on page 2 of Gcms Notes Assessment section then it's underway. Many people on the forum are reporting that security screening has not started even after Eligibility is passed or is taking lon.

Thank you for your reply on my post and for all the help u guidance to us applicants. Just one quick question, based on the statements below,

"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information on file and can confirm that:

• The background verifications are currently valid.
• The security background verification is currently valid.
• The criminal background verification is currently valid.

Does it mean the our eligibility check is still in process? because some has the statement like "The eligibility verification is currently valid".
Are the verifications, final or it can still change?

VALID means "For a document—legal, not expired, and accepted by IRCC." Source
While it does not mean Passed, it usually can be interpreted so. Given your Security is valid it means Eligibility verification is passed.

While it ordinarily takes 30 days or less, some requests are delayed regardless where who made the request on your behalf.

Hi, it's not out of the ordinary these days where delays are common. Since you have a qualified lawyer, he/she should be providing you with a progress update and can (should) request your Gcms Notes for free. Even your husband in Canada can make this request for Gcms Notes on your behalf.

In my case I saw it a little ahead after the History section on the GCMS notes.

Thanks. Yes after that I had contacted IRCC and they mentioned that everything is done and the application is just pending a final decision.

iv been a silent observer here but would like to ask for inputs on the webform iv raised last week.

there was no mentioned on eligibility status but background, security and criminality noted to be "currently valid"
what does this mean though? planning to order gcms soon perhaps. but hope anyone could shed a light on this one especially @legalfalcon ?

The webform are ambitious. However, the criminality happens early in the process and should be passed, unless you are inland applicant or have not yet given the biometrics.

As regards, eligibility, if it does not conclusively say that you have passed or met the eligibility requirements for the program, then your eligibility may have been recommended passed and awaiting a final determination from an officer.

Thanks a lot. BTW I am in Group 1 named CPCO COVID RFV. I am assuming it's a group of people whose application is at 'Ready for Visa' stage but due to COVID it's delayed.
