WES application help help

hello everyone
I have started ECA via WES, my university send only electronic documents and not printed ones, I tried to send question to WES to get official email address so that I can provide to my university to send documents but no answer, I tried to contact them on telephone internationally and waited on the line for 25min but no answer, please anyone can help of how to contact them or please suggest me another organization to start ECA with them as time is running without doing anything.

Most of the staff of WES still works from home. It's difficult to really get any of the agents on phone. You can contact Wes using their contact form.. They should respond to that. However, if you want to try another organization, I will suggest you use IQAS
