I got conditional LOA from Concordia University for winter intake 2021. My offer was conditional since my ielts score was 6(not less than 6). To waive the qualifying course, I sat for Ielts again and got 6.5 overall but unfortunately got 5.5 in speaking. However, By this score I don't have to go for qualifying courses. But, 5.5 would be a major issue for SP application. I am in dilemma should I seat for IELTS again or apply by this score?

It depends whether you're applying for SDS or Non-SDS

Actually I am from Bangladesh and there is no option of SDS here.
Cool, then your IELTS should theoretically do. If college thought it was enough for their program, then explain it in your SOP

Actually it is not enough that's why I sat for Ielts again and got 6.5 which is enough for the program, unfortunately got 5.5 in one section which might create problem during visa application. I am in doubt which TRF I should attached during application. 6 not less than 6 or 6.5 with 5.5 in speaking.

Your application can be refused if they don't think you've met the conditions on your LOA.

Thats why I am thinking to upload both TRF and write an explanation letter of unconditional letter that I already met the condition to intend. Whats your thought?

I read on this forum that 5.5 is a borderline score. I wonder if attaching both ielt results is a good idea
I saw many GCMS notes where they quote 5.5 as low ielts score. That's my fear

I would suggest you redo your IELTS and score above 6 in all. Visa officer could reject your application solely based on your IELTS score. why do you wanna risk it. At least we should do everything next to perfect from our side.

Do you currently hold an unconditional LOA?

Do you currently hold an unconditional LOA?
I uploaded my new IELTS score by which I know that I need not take qualifying courses. But, university already told in the conditional offer that they will not provide unconditional offer to me even if I fulfill the requirements. That's why I am stucked. If they would send me the unconditional offer, I would apply with 6 band IELTS.
