MARCH 2020 *Outland* Spousal Sponsorship

I am from april applicant. I already gave biometric last year, when applied visitor visa, so as per ircc news, i am exempted from biometric. Can anyone tell me how it will work as we have to make a call and tell them about it or they already have my previous biometric record and we have no need to do anything. They updated it automatically.

They do have all records. Also under your visitor visa you will see an expiry date of your biometrics too.

Inland applications go to CPC-Mississauga. I am guessing they are completing initial steps for inland applicants (the process seem to be very different for inland applicants).
If you observe outland feb and march, files are getting moved to Ottawa. I believe thats where they are digitizing the applications and probably digitized applications will be processed faster remotely by case officers.

If you see, Andre5's response, agent mentioned to him that the are indeed prioritizing inland applications.

This is pretty in line with INLAND tracker. Given almost all of them ( including Oct 2020 ) have received their Temp numbers, it would be interesting ( I am hopeful ) if they can move firstly - to outland and secondly - process them at the same speed.

INLANDs were processed at a pretty fast rate. If assigning temp number = digitization of file, then we could see Outland March-Aug being moved to LVO before end of year as well. But too many variations.

To be honest, all we all do and can do is speculate. No one know how CIC actually works. Let's hope atleast March and April applicants get their AOR by mid-November.
 
March applicant's list is increasing day by day . . everytime I look into sheet I see more and more people adding in down the list

They were always going to be a part of the equation. Not everyone that applies is on this forum. A small fraction actually. So it's good that the list is growing. Better understanding of what is going on.

I think they are digitalizing everything, just do not bother to tell the Outland applicants. I got a temp number but they never notified me of anything.
