not receiving AIPs means failing at this stage?

Hi guys, I have not received my AIP or final approval, I applied SDS online on May. Does it mean I will get a refusal soon?

So many of us are waiting, it's not possible that all are going to get refusal, be positive!

I think if it was a refusal there is a higher chance they would have sent it, instead of holding the decision. If there is no response its probably under processing.
