AOR Received.

So we can expect passport requests ?
Anything is possible with the help of right technology, a well planned strategy at the right time. That’s what I am expecting from IRCC. It isn’t easy to move a paper based system to fully automated architecture. Even if they have developed it, they can not make it available
for the whole world because it may slow or break it down when the traffic comes in, so that’s why I expect it to go through a pilot phase where the new infrastructure will be tested first with limited applications at a time. And all of it will be happening behind the scenes.

usually it take 2 days from pre-arrival to PPR. but covid and NDVO have changed everything,
i have pre-arrival letter since 4 July 2020, nothing till now.
Even before Covid, a lot of people waited for 2-3 months after pre-arrival.
I know few who got pre-arrival in early Dec and PPR in late FEB 2020. You can refer to earlier posts from Nov-Feb in this thread. PPR is usually sent in batches from NDVO.
Mine was 10 days after pre-arrival but there were people in that same batch who were waiting for upto 3 months after pre-arrival. The thing is our APP REC date SYDNEY was close. Other things like medical, biometrics, NDVO transfer and pre-arrival did not fall in the same timeline.... but the final DM and PPR were in same batch. From what I have analysed from the others' posts is that transfer or pre-arrival dates dont really make much difference. Even some also received PPR without a pre-arrival or both on the same date.
All of my application steps were much delayed from the rest of people in same timeline, and still I received PPR along with others. Some applications may fall here n there... exceptions are always there, but this was the procedure for majority of files. I have stalked this forum really seriously and thats what I figured out.

So you mean is those whose AOR 2 is on Nov. 22 2019 belong to same batch thus so if I get PPR, others might get it too.

I am March 2019 applicant. My pre-arrivals is Nov -2019 im still waiting . i have done medicals twice now. my fate cannot get more worse than this.

The way they treat these applications is nothing but garbage.
