Study permit refusal with just one reason! HELP PLs

Hello guys,
I applied for my study permit June 10 and I got a refusal yesterday. The VO stated just one reason
* I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of stay based on your personal asset and financial status.
thats all that was stated, how do I address this please
I also want to know the fastest way of getting gcms.... I tried caipsnotes.com but delivery date is 4th November... that’s too long

Try thegcmsonline but in every case it will be atleast 4 weeks i believe, and this feels like it was mostly due to insufficient funds ...

I used a sponsor, my uncle actually, I paid part of my school fees and one land document

Usually having family members that are not direct, sponsoring your studies is seen by the Visa Officer as weak financial standing.

So the visa officer is correct that you cannot financially support yourself.

How much money did you show in your bank account.


Land document cannot be used to pay for meals or rent or books, it's irrelevant to your financial situation.
