Does it show completed? For me, it shows "We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for
details." - did that update for you?

I am also biometrics exempt, gave in end of 2019 for WP extension.

I called IRCC last week about that. The officer told me that they will take some time updating the IRCC portal of the applicants.
