How is the progress after sending the passport to NYC VAC? I've sent yesterday, shows delivered today.

Thanks for sharing your timeline. Good to know that they are moving fast now as I heard earlier that it was taking 2 weeks for VAC

Please has any one who applied in India from lawyer in canada for a branch newly opened ICT had ever had any success

This is not a typical ICT. There is no actual business with employees already in BC. This is more like a start-up visa.

Hi,

I have question to people who have received work permit approval? I will have to make some decision based answer to below question so please help me -

1. Is there any timeline mentioned in work permit approval within which you have to travel to Canada?

2. How much visa validity you got on stamping ?

Usually worker visa is multi-entry and can travel anytime before the visa expires. They don't mention any timeline before which you need to travel (the actual WP will be issued at the airport)
VISA validity could be 1.5 to 2 years
