I think it takes about ten to fifteen days to get COPR letter after decision made. My application got approved on 17th and I have not received the letter yet.

I think the letter will contain information to apply for PR card and maybe information to change your social insurance number.

We still gotta wait...

Yes.. I have also heard that normally it takes 2 weeks to get the mail from them.

Dont worry par card wont take that long as ircc has started gradually reopening. After getting pr card you can get married and apply for spousal sponsorship programme.

IRCC is reopening many offices but i don't think there are GU's and COPR for june, july and Aug 2019.
