what is two or more diplomas or degrees one must for a program of 3 years in Canada PR

I'm a Chartered Accountant (CA Sri Lanka) and an accountancy special university degree holder (4 years).

Can someone let me know whether I fall into the above category for Canada PR?

You need at least two degrees or diplomas. Being a chartered accountant is not a degree or diploma.
