Yes this is true. I am inland with outland dependents. Everything is done ✔. Eligibility +Criminality +Medical+Security all passed. Even eCAS was showing decision made for two weeks but than again it is showing in process. When I call IRCC, the agents are not helpful at all. They will tell what you already know(I am sorry but they are wastage of time and resources).Their standard response is "Oh nothing to worry".
20 months passed and I am still waiting. I think IRCC officers love my file. They will not easily get rid of me.
I also have dependents abroad.
My application changed from Decision Made to In Process a couple of months ago and I totally agree with @duster. IRCC agents are useless in providing clarifying answers to our situation.
Since March I have been calling and emailing them with 0 success.
Now, tired of this BS, I will leave Canada on September 30th to go to my country and wait there.

@legalfalcon and other experts, please guide me on the following:

I applied GCMS notes on 19th of August through a friend who is a Canadian Citizen, but gave my own email address and used my own credit card for the payment. I have received the generic email from noreply-atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca that my request has been received. As more than 30 calendar days have passed, I am worried. Will I receive GCMS notes or the credit card as well as email address has to be of the Canadian Citizen?

Only the person who requested has to be Canadian PR or Citizen. Though, IRCC can seek additional document to confirm the PR or citizenship status of the requestor. If you have not received the GCMS notes, you can contact ATIP dividil by email.

Not to worry, if it's been more than 30 days then contact IRCC at IRCC.ATIP-AIPRP.IRCC@cic.gc.ca quoting the temporary tracking number you received in the generic email.

It’s for those applicants who has no longer valid job offer, as they lost their jobs due to COVID-19 situation.
How do YOU know that your job offer is expire or valid. Like i got my job offer in nov 2018. Then with job offer i got pnp nomination march 2019. So from there start to processes pr applications. Now waiting for DM or ppr. My gckey shows 95% amd 30days left. So what will happen need expert opinion. I am out land

There is a question. IRCC only checks people who lost their jobs due to covid 19, or does it also check people who have not been full-time job due to covid 19?

Is Sydney office sending copr slower than other offices? Looks like people who got copr in 2 days after dm is related to local offices or Toronto edmonton office. My file is stuck in Sydney office I'm still waiting for copr since dm on 4th sep.
