I got ghost update today. And this time my application is complete and they send COPR number and validity date .( Sep 4 DM) . So now how much time they will take to send copy of COPR ?

I’m wondering if everyone has got to give biometrics for there PR application at some point (no exemptions)? I know that everyone must provide biometrics, but I’m in the last stage of the process, and yet to receive instructions to do so.
