Its been two months and still did not receive the refund for rejected application

I got my application rejected on July first week and they said they refund the amount I paid for the application. But It has been nearly 3 months and I did not receive any refund yet. Is there any link should i visit to so that I can request? Please let me know if I am missing something.

What was the reason for rejection?

Reason was late payment. I missed one mail that asked me to pay extra fees and hence rejected for incomplete application
