Yes the letter is under CIC account, bottom section. It is an instruction asking applicant to send a copy of COPR letter as well as one copy of photo to the Visa Office listed on the letter (my case would be Winnipeg VO). In the mean time, you can use COPR as the proof of PR (driver's license, renewal of SIN, health coverage etc.)

Hi! I do not see any letter in my messages. The last update is for PAL in my message section.

Do you have an expiry on COPR?

Please is there anyone that was asked for original PCC and sent to them or Medical request and uploaded via webmail? Is your CIC account still showing "action required"? Does it affect anything. Called them in the past and they said they have received all documents requested for. Is there a way I can clear that off my CIC account?

If they have confirmed on the phone that they have received all the documents requested, then you don't have to worry about anything. That action required on you account will go away in few days.
