How is an 18 year old student supposed to show ties to the country? We don't have jobs, we don't have properties/fixed assets, we don't have businesses, we don't have a spouse and/or kids, we do have our parents in our home country in most cases but that's pretty much it. Also our travel history generally isn't that impressive either, like personally I've only ever been to two countries.

I am also applying for an undergraduate degree. I have no idea how we must prove ties to home country but I'm guessing parents' property could suffice.

I think there are a few things matter:
  1. The financial status of your parents has to be stable and predictable during your study.
  2. You enter a designated school and program
  3. The situation in your country with job opportunities isn't bad
It's only my view, of course

Literally I've been doing business with him,so I've some funds in my account, can I show my bank statements and his as well for subsequent years ?
