just one GU on 14Th July.
Called IRCC they said reviewing eligibility.

You dont need to worry. security happens only after MR or MP. they basically check how safe you are to the canada. They check this through Canadian border security force and other agencies Database.
If your eligibility and criminality are passed than i reckon you should go for upfront medical.
I am thinking to apply for GCMS so i can know my file progress .
