Hi all,
I've received an ITA for FSW (I have MA degree) without providing any ECA number or so... It was not asked as I submitted my EE profile.
My ECA is still evaluating and it could take a few more weeks, but my current work permit expires in 5 days and I would like to submit PR + BOWP this week so I can continue working.

Do you think I can apply for PR + BOWP and provide ECA in a few weeks when it's available? IRCC mentionned they won't reject any applications due to missing documents (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...vid19/immigration-applicants.html#not_applied) but I'm wondering if this also applies for ECA...

What would you do in this case?

Do you mean ECA?

Where did you do you MA degree? In Canada?

I meant ECA sorry.
No I have one master in France and one in Germany.
I didn't lie on anything it just seems like a IT error that I could submit. Don't really know what to do.

Without ECA, you wouldn't be able to create a profile, let alone receive an ITA.
You missed something while creating the profile (did you receive a Canadian degree/diploma/certificate on completion of this course - NO while you selected YES)
You answered this wrong, hence the profile is wrong, therefore the ITA is void.

But let someone more knowledgeable answer the queries.

You cant use this profile as eca reference is a required field on the application and you must have incorrectly answered something to be able to submit and get an ita. Better create a new profile once you have an eca on hand.

Agreed with what everyone else has said. You've made some sort of major mistake in setting up your EE profile. I expect you must have accidentally indicated your Masters was completed in Canada. You need to decline ITA, wait until you have ECA and then create a new profile.

Thank you all for your answers. Indeed I crossed yes under the canadian diplomas question .
Hope it won't be a problem for future EE submission

No, declining an invitation and updating the details on your profile to reflect accurate details won't have any impact on future submissions.
