I am applying for a TRV for my wife. she passed her health on, march 26 2020 and I understand its valid for 12 months. how can I get the following form? "IMM 1017B Upfront Medical Report form"

I am also March 2019 applicant got my AOR 2 in Dec 2019 asked for Additional document in jan 2020 and after that i didn't heaar anything from them. When ever i check my ecas it says in process no movement at all

You dont need the form for TRV(for less than 6 months). Just upload the receipt of Medical that she had and a screenshot from GCKey that says “she passed her medical”

13 months? thats crazy... i received aor2 within 5 months
