I guess no AIP's are issued to incomplete July files yet (Without Biometrics).

My classes are starting next week and I really don't know what to do

They are not even able to review the applications from June, july for fall semester.them why the say you can apply till September 15th for fall sem .

exactly bro they are saying we are working hard but they still process visa who applied before 15 september ,they are playing games with students by giving random aips and scaring students.this is very wrong and they are not properly notifying students about application.I will never trust ircc.I want say many things but my conscience is stopping me from that.
