Hi, i have a question to ask. At the time when i applied (AOR 8th January 2020) the exchange rate of CAD was low compared to now. Will that be an issue as in the current rate i am not meeting the minimum required funds. Please if anyone can help clear this?

Yes, from what I understand, no matter how much the exchange rate fluctuates, we have to maintain the funds at the required amount. I suggest that you top up what you are missing and add a bit more than required for accidental mishaps as such.

I just received a response to my online webform - AOR 17 Jan 2020 PNP Outland:

Please be advised that due to ongoing restrictions in the United Kingdom relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, IRCC London is operating at a significantly reduced capacity. Your application is awaiting review but we are unable to advise when this review will take place in the near term.

Does anyone know what awaiting review mean in this case? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank you.

I had applied it in may as well, but never received it.
I applied it again on July 15th and received the same today.
Hopefully you'll receive yours soon :)

Hi @legalfalcon
Thanks for the detailed response.
Sorry to bother you again.
But I would like to know few more details.
I have applied from the UAE right now, and will have to go back permanently to India may be by next month.
If the application is still not approved, will it have any effect on the on going security check? I will be updating IRCC regarding the change in country of residence. Will have to provide PCC from uae or india again?

Thanks in advance.

hi @legalfalcon, I received my webform request today as follow:
  • The responsible office is currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied. You may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
  • The security verifications have not started yet.
  • The criminality verifications are currently in progress.
  • The medical examination results on file have expired. No action is required on your part at the moment. If additional information is needed, the processing office will contact you.
My questions are: my medical exam has been redone and I have uploaded it on February, why it shows my med exam still expired? and according to my GCMS notes, both A11.2 and R75 shows appears met, why eligibility still not passed yet?
Sorry for keeping bothering you and I truly appreciate your professional assistance!

1. The reason why your meds are not yet passed is could be because the officer has not yet added the meds to your file or they have not yet been examined. Most likely its the former.

2. The eligibility takes place in two stages. First an analyst or an assistant will review and make a recommendation. This can be recommended passed / Met / etc. This recommendation is then reviewed by an officer who makes a final determination. See my previous post on how the GCMS notes look at these two stages #3,199

Hope this helps!

Hello all,
I am FSW-Inland applicant. I received my AOR on January 18, 2020 and my estimated completion date: July 18 2020 (99%). My eligibility is: Review required and I don't know why! I ordered GCMS notes and I got the following:

Second note:

Could you please help me understand why my eligibility is under review?

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Regards
Ramy

You could ask for more specific updates on eligibility and background updates again through webform. I got this generic response the first time too, then I followed up.

Hi,
I also submitted webform to London Visa office 20 days ago, but didn't receive any reply. How long they took to reply you.
Any email to contact them?

Hello! My AOR is Jan, 10. Eligibility is still met, as according to the webform the security has not been initiated.

Are there many people with the same status or mostly jan aor are all passed. Thanks!

My RPRF letter says “admissibility check in progress”.
What does that mean?
