Since this semester will be online, and I am still in my home country. Can I work full time and take online classes too? Or If i need to work should I defer my admission?

In your home country? Yeah, you can work whatever hours you want.
You would need to check to make sure there are no rules with your school. Some graduate schools, for example, theoretically set a maximum number of working hours, but I've never seen them enforced.

Yes in my own home country. The only confusion I had was the online classes are due to COVID and its not an online course itself. So would that cause any issues?
Yes, I know you said you're not in Canada. But you don't seem to accept the answer that there ought to be no issues since you're not in Canada, so I keep trying to reinforce that

So just to clarify even though you are not in Canada you are still studying so any work whilst studying under a Canadian study permit cannot be used as foreign work experience towards a PR Application.
