14-day quarantine in Toronto or Vancouver

Can I stay in Toronto for 14-days of quarantine (and after quarantine) if I have an employer-specific work permit and my LMIA has Vancouver city mentioned as a primary work location? The employer is flexible and allows me to work from other cities in Canada.

I just want to confirm that is it possible for me to work from Toronto in this case mentioned above?

Hard to say if CBSA will make a big deal if you don't go to Vancouver especially because it is a closed permit. There should be part of your work in person or there was no need for you to get a WP. You could have worked remotely from your home country. Is there an office in Toronto?

Sir, Please guide in a bit of detail. What should I do? It's my first time traveling to Canada. I know a friend in Toronto who can help me in 14-day for Quarantine with basic necessities, but I know no one in Vancouver. That's why I am willing to go to Toronto. Do you think going to Toronto first will create a problem for me in Canada?

Sir, I am a software engineer by profession and my job can be done remotely as well. However, I will be traveling to Canada and will be working from there.
The company office is in Vancouver only (No office in Toronto) but the entire team is working remotely and the employer is planning to get a new office in Vancouver in the near future.
Considering this situation and my very last comment, what is your kind suggestion for me? Your guidance will really help me in managing my travel plans. Thank you.

Your LMIA declared a certain location. If they had specified only remote work it wouldn’t have been approved.

canuck78 are you suggesting that I must land to Vancouver right? The only issue I am facing is that I have no one in Vancouver to support me in the first 14-days of quarantine for household items and groceries etc but I have relatives in Toronto who can help me in this regard. Please suggest something considering my situation.
