@Mauriss, check page 2 under 'ASSESSMENT' and confirm status of criminality.... If it says 'passed' then that is it...
Thanks, checked and it shows '' not started ''. Criminality is usually assessed with PCC right. I'm just wondering how the eligibility is met and criminality not started

My situation is almost the same. I'm at Eligibility Met, Criminality in progress, Security BG not started. I remember in a previous post where @legalfalcon mentioned that in some cases criminality is assessed during the final officer review and told me not to worry about it. Fingers crossed. What's your AOR and stream?

Hi guys, please how many types of criminality are there. I'm confused, I ordered my GCMS notes. Although Eligibility is met and Criminality for bio shows passed, Activity 1 shows Criminality and Security not started. Is this a problem?
There is just inadmissibility based on criminality. There are no types.

If your eligibility met by an assistant or an officer.

NRT is no reportable trace, and everything is in order. There is nothing to worry about.

I want to kindly find out what the current process is in submitting passports once passports are requested from the LVO.
Must it be through the VAC (Vfs) in the country of residence or one can mail the passports via courier to the LVO directly ?
Im asking because most VAC are still temporarily closed as indicated on IRCC’s website
Thanks

When you receive the PPR, detailed instructions are sent to you, based on your country of residence. Most passport submissions are done via the VFS. Currently IRCC is not issuing any PPRs. If you re a resident of US or Canada, then you may only need a COPR, which will be sent by email with the instructions on how to travel.

If your medials have expired, then the status changes, as the officer who has the carriage of your file will make a determination whether to extend the medicals, which is the trend, or request you for re-meds. As soon as a decision is made, your status will change again.

There are many other applicants who have seen this and there is no reason to be concerned about.
Hi @legalfalcon ,

As you mentioned, myself and my wife got re-medical request from IRCC.

The timeline has given 30 days to complete the re-medical however they have not given the extension.

Your inputs were right and we were prepared for that.

If you are unable to get the meds done within 30 days, you should immediately send a webform informing IRCC that the panel physicians are not available and / or closed due to COVID-19 and therefore you need additional time. As per the most recent COVID delivery instructions, IRCC will provide you with additional 90 days.

If you are still unable to provide the meds within the additional 90 days, then you should again send a webform before the expiry of the time frame to seek another extension.

Also the delivery instructions clearly state, "Note: If your application is in progress it will not be closed or refused because of your inability to complete your IME in time due to COVID-19. We’ll automatically give you 90 days to complete this step."

However, since your case is for remeds, which is not directly referred to here, you should send a webform.
